Decent restaurant for a quick meal, the hot wings were tasty, but the philly cheesesteak sandwich was not appetizing. Service was friendly. The tap beer was nice and fresh, would recommend. Cool restaurant to try but wouldn’t come back again.
I would literally call this place a joke, but even jokes have meaning. Hooters Interlaken isn’t just bad — it’s an insult to tourists, locals, and chickens everywhere. • Water: CHF 2 for a glass barely big enough to rinse your mouth, the type of thing dentists give to you to rinse your mouth. They should be investigated for daylight robbery. (Refer to the glass-this was 2 francs) • Food: The wings were a soggy, greasy mess, as if they’d been boiled and then forgotten under a heat lamp. Fries were limp, pale, and tasted like sadness. Everything was bland enough to be a crime in a country famous for flavor. • Prices: Astronomical for the garbage they serve. I’ve paid less for meals on Swiss trains — and those come with better views and edible food. • Atmosphere: Neon lights, blasting TVs, and the soul-sucking vibe of a chain restaurant that’s given up. Zero Swiss charm. You could be in a random airport food court — except an airport food court might actually be cheaper and better. • Service: Staff were polite but visibly mortified to serve food at these prices. I can’t blame them; I’d be embarrassed too. BOTTOM LINE: This place is a tourist trap of the highest order. Save your money and your stomach. Go eat a supermarket sandwich by the river — it’ll be tastier, cheaper, and come with actual Swiss scenery. Prices: Water Glass - 2CHF Cheese quesadillas - 12CHF Platter - 33.5CHF Burgers - 21.8CHF Ribs - 29.9CHF
Visited on 11 Mar 2025 for dinner but the food is very different from when I had hooters years ago. Maybe the girls are no longer showing much 😕
