Guest Reviews & Experiences at Kehrli Terrasse
Take the funicular from the waterfront to the hotel. Go for a short nature hike with your family and get some amazing photos. Come back down the trail and Grab a seat on the terrace. Grab the first one you can. Go order your cafe style lunch, take your drinks and ice cream back to your seat. Wait for the waiters to bring you food to your table based on your table number. Enjoy the lovely view in this idyllic setting while you consume a nice sandwich, fries and a salad. Grab a coffee and sit for a while you wait for the next boat. I dunno why other reviewers didn't get this concept. This was absolutely amazing for us. A real highlight of our time in the area.

We had lunch here while visiting the Giessbach Falls and enjoyed the beautiful view of the waterfall and Lake Brienz. We found the concept where you order food and drinks at the counter and pay directly and then the food is served to you very practical. The food came to the table very quickly and tasted excellent. However, we found the prices to be rather high for the size of the portions.

Delicious food, beautiful view, super fast service without lines, with the best views, I really recommend it!
