I had this restaurant right under my apartment during my stay in Wengen. The cold weather made it perfect to grab some Ramen. It was very delicious and I had a beer as I waited for my order to take home. The lady who took my order was fabulous, very kind, smiled, and made some small talk while my order was being prepared. Yes it's pricey, it's Switzerland, but her kindness and smile made this visit to this restaurant great, and believe me, you won't get that same treatment around Switzerland. Kudos to her and the young man who also greeted me kindly.
The Veggie Ramen here was absolutely delicious - a perfect way to warm up on a cold, rainy Wengen day! I was impressed by the great selection of vegetarian and vegan options available. It's a cozy little restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. While the seating was a bit tight initially, it became more comfortable as people thinned out. Highly recommended for a comforting and tasty meal!
Pork and veg ramen was great! Broth was delicious and noodles were cooked well. Ginger was a great touch. Though I wish there were a bit more non noodle items in the pork ramen. Room for improvement: 1. Some of tables were a bit cramped but that’s just how the real estate is 2. ~120$ for four bowls of ramen is pretty steep but then again it can’t be easy getting supplies up here 3. 3$ for chili oil is kind of silly in my opinion Overall, great ramen, I would come here again if there weren’t other new restaurants I want to try while I’m here
