Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect.

Perfect for families! We truly enjoyed our three-night stay in July. The hotel room quality was excellent, but what truly stood out was the super nice and helpful staff. We also appreciated the sophisticated breakfast offerings and the indoor swimming pool, which was a real lifesaver on rainy days.
