Hotel Bellevue : Stäublisegg 1486, 3823 Wengen

Stunning views and lovely, quiet location - away from the bustle of downtown. Expect a more traditional Swiss experience! The food is excellent and breakfast is everything you could want, including table service for tea and coffee. We had dinner there two nights and both meals were outstanding. The hotel feels more like a top notch B&B than a hotel, really. It has that feeling of home. I like that a hairdryer was made available. Judy and staff accommodated my picky American joints and provided another duvet for me to sleep on. The beds are perfect for my UK husband, who likes extra firm mattresses. The view from our balcony and the terrace were stunning! 😍

We had the best time for our 40th anniversary return trip to Hotel Bellevue. The view alone was spectacular, but we enjoyed both the abundant breakfast and the three-course dinners. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, delicious food, and amazing view of the Lauterbrunnen valley and the Jungfrau. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely excellent. Judy and all the staff couldn’t be nicer or more wonderful. This has been a dream come true to me; an escapade away from everything and the Bellevue Hotel has been a great part of it. The views from my room? Otherwordly. The views from the restaurant? Same. It’s all just so cozy and wonderful! Not only do I recommend it, I wish people upon this stay because it is truly magical. It has healed something in me, and I am forever grateful! ❤️
