Great self service spot to stop on your way down the north face trail. They have beer, wine, sodas, cheese, meat, and other snacks for purchase with cash. Even glassware for wine!

This is a small family farm on the North face trail. They have a self-serve option (fridge with local fresh milk, beers and other food items ). Don't expect a full service restaurant. The family is very nice, you get to see them run the farm , bringing in the cows 🐄 for milking. They mentioned that they also do cheese making tour in the morning , the tours are organized by Murren tourism office. But the family is making cheese everyday and you are welcome to watch them as they are working . Overall a very sweet spot to take a break during the hike, enjoy the freshest milk and other dairy products . Bring cash, it's self service honor based system like other farm stands in the area. The views are unbeatable, the cows are friendly they almost come over to pose for a picture 📸.

Awesome place! Great self-serve refreshments while hiking the North Face Trail. We sat at a picnic table under the shade of an umbrella. This morning, there is fresh coffee cake, coffee, their homemade yogurt (we loved the apricot), their fresh milk and cheese of course, and a variety of beers and non-alcoholic beverages. And in their front yard is a fresh water outlet trickling into a trough. Wr saw an advertisement in Murren that a person can arrange for a tour or class of their cheese making and eat a hearty farm breakfast.
