The Gasthaus Adler is located in the remote, quiet, and beautiful town of Höchenschwand, Germany. Parking is available in front of the inn. The restaurant appears very clean. Restrooms are available. The service was warm and very friendly; you felt welcome. The portion sizes are generous, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes . What I found disappointing was that the dishes came out of the kitchen like a shot; I hadn't finished the salad before the main course was already on the table. I can 100% recommend the homemade spaetzle; they were very good! It was good value for money! Thank you very much.
