A wonderful discovery. Everything is homemade and excellent. There's a salad bar at the entrance that's really very good. The owner is very friendly and recommends good products. We ate the Paysanne fondue which was really good. The fries are homemade (yummm) and the sauces too. Looking forward to coming back.

Anyone who hasn't yet experienced this fantastic culinary experience in the Jura is missing out. The smokehouse is culturally unique and worth a visit. The restaurant, with its excellent selection of meat cooked on hot stones, is also an experience. Very friendly service; to be safe, reservations are recommended. I come from a butcher family, and I bought this sausage at the Landi supermarket for 7 francs. Honestly, it's way too expensive and no better than a Landjäger sausage. I wouldn't buy it again for that price.
