Wow – what an experience! The food at Ässgass was simply fantastic – creative, incredibly delicious, and with great attention to detail. Plus, a truly stylish ambiance that immediately puts you at home. The service was also incredibly friendly and attentive. Honestly: Why doesn't this restaurant have any Gault Millau points yet?! They certainly deserve them. We'll definitely be back – a real insider tip in Solothurn!
