The Sauvage Café and Bistro opened in June 2025. Centrally located on the village square and in the heart of Aegerten, in the Bernese Seeland region. Directly on the cantonal road between Studen and Biel. Two bus stops on line 74 are just a 3-minute walk away. Parking is available. Motorcyclists are welcome. The young couple who run the café and their staff impress with their competence, friendliness, professionalism, and commitment. The interior and exterior design and furnishings are contemporary and modern. A casual, relaxed atmosphere invites you to linger. The menu offers a good selection of small and large dishes, as well as salads and desserts. The dishes we chose today, "Fish & Chips" and the "Wiener Schnitzel," were, in our opinion, convincing in terms of both the quality offered, the portion size, and the price! On Sunday mornings, brunch is served from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for CHF 36.00 per person. An attractive price by Swiss standards. We highly recommend the Sauvage Café and Bistro and would be happy to return!
