Once again we had a great lunch in the Traube Herrenschwanden. Manuela & Dieter's team always makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating and the food, whether lunch menu or à la carte, is extremely tasty. The whole thing is rounded off with a great wine list. Always worth a visit!!!!

Very attentive service and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is small but delicious! The mixed salad was delicious and something different from most restaurants where you usually just get carrots, celery, corn, and beetroot. Here, a delicious bean salad and potato salad were also included. The koji beef was very flavorful, and the Danish Coupe used a good chocolate sauce, not the cheapest sugar syrup with chocolate flavor from Prodega. ;) Really great, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful Birthday Dinner We celebrated my 85th birthday at the Traube restaurant and received a very warm welcome. A beautifully set table was set for us in the Bernerstübli. After the aperitif, the three-course birthday dinner was beautifully presented. It was sensational from start to finish. Beautiful presentation, outstanding quality. A huge compliment to the kitchen. Ms. Hinni served us very friendly, attentive, and competently. The ambiance was simply wonderful. We would love to come back.
