The restaurant is beautiful and located in the heart of Thun with a great view of the castle . The food is of great quality very well made and fresh. It’s hard to find in Switzerland amazing quality with a fair price but this place is worth it! Additional points to the chef for making us Temakis! 🤩 wishing all the best to this restaurant, we will keep coming back! 💯

Got to spend several hours in Thun today and had to check out Chops. We got 4 different Sushi rolls and the Szechuan Chicken. The Szechuan Chicken dish was very unique with spice flavors and I would say that if they would cut back on the salt just a bit that would have taken it to an even higher level - but I would still recommend that dish to anyone. The sushi was very fresh and well put together. Wish they offered a lower sodium soy sauce but again the Sushi was really good = 3 out of the 4 we thought were home run good choices.
