La Rouvenaz is such a gem in the heart of Montreux✨😘It sits right on the corner across from the lake, offering gorgeous views of both the water and the charming city streets💗The ambiance is so warm and inviting—you immediately feel at home the moment you step in. The staff were absolutely lovely—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming🥰It made our experience feel extra special. Very chic and just fabulous🥂Whether you’re popping in for a meal or just soaking in the scenery, this spot is a must if you’re visiting Montreux👏 we can’t wait to return 💛

Wonderful and helpful hotel!! Traveling with my son we arrived after midnight-no problem…they provided me an access code to enter the building, an access code to obtain my keys and within 15 minutes of getting off the train I was in my hotel and in my room. The rooms are spacious enough for me and the big windows are fantastic! They have wonderful big towels and big cozy blankets on the bed. The reception is helpful and kind and I will stay here again the next time I’m in Montreux!! A wonderful stay in a wonderful city!! Loved our time here!

My review is based on the horrible service we got. I won’t speak about the food because it is not relevant in this case. Our waiter was rude and careless! He brought all the dishes at the same time( appetizer and entree). We barely had space on the table to eat. Not only did he not check on our table once, but when the check arrived we had been charged for multiple dishes we had not ordered. The manager came by and we explained the situation. He fixed it but the bad experience remained. I don’t understand why people who don’t like foreigners work at a place that caters primarily to tourists. Would I come back? Definitely NOT.
