A restaurant nestled in the center of Gstaad, which I highly recommend. The menu is extensive, with magnificent oysters, caviar (at a very reasonable price!), bottarga, pasta, seafood, Bellota ham, and more! A quality-price-comfort-service ratio that you won't find anywhere else in Gstaad. The service is excellent (thanks, Didier!) and the dining room is so welcoming. A great restaurant nestled in the center of Gstaad, well worth the detour (1 minute from the Promenade). For my part, it's a restaurant with a nice 5/5 rating that deserves to be discovered in this small village.
