I had an amazing dining experience at Monti. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and coziness, making it a great spot for both special occasions and relaxed evenings. The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Now, the food—absolutely outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the standout for me was the lobster ravioli. It was perfectly cooked, rich, and bursting with fresh seafood taste. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail really set this place apart. Since it was my birthday, the team prepared a surprise cake with a candle for me which was very much appreciated. For an establishment of this caliber, the prices are more than fair, considering the exceptional food and service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful initiative to open this new restaurant on the premises of the late Sommet. Nice “a la carte menu”, with a fabulous meat trolley and some delicious fishes. Access to the unique wine list of the ALPINA Gstaad and very professional service, with table side preparations and a real dedication to make the customer happy. A timely and well received alternative to the established and delicious Megu. Maybe a minimal dress code and an age limit to avoid waning children would make it even more appealing.
