As we hike past, we make a quick stop at the rest. Vordere Schmiedenmatt, where we fortified ourselves with a variety of meat/cheese platters. The Plättli is so generous and prepared with a lot of love that you can almost describe it as a mountain platter. A big compliment to the kitchen. As always, the service staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. There is absolutely nothing wrong here. It was all the more incomprehensible when you unintentionally had to listen from the next table to someone who was always dissatisfied in a group of seniors acting loudly and being annoyed because there was no bratwurst here. It should be clear to everyone that the menu in a mountain restaurant is smaller for economic reasons. The main thing is that what is on offer is tasty, as is always the case here. Arrogant people have no place here. They only spoil the good mood of other guests. We will definitely stop here again and again and enjoy something delicious with pleasure.
