Beautiful view over the UNESCO landscape. Super friendly service! Always a joy.
I was there for a 30th birthday party. The tables were beautifully set. The staff was friendly. The food was very good. Pumpkin soup with a dash of Amaretto. I've never had anything like it before. Something new, but good. The salad was fresh with a good dressing. The roast carrot with potato gratin and vegetables. The meat was very tender and delicious. Thanks Reto and the team.
We happened upon it by chance because we had some work to do in the building complex, and it was lunchtime, so we went there for dinner. Absolutely outstanding quality with very friendly and accommodating service that can even accommodate special requests. Truly, if any restaurant can call itself a panoramic restaurant, then this is it. The view is truly incredible, and when the weather's nice, it's worth going up there just to have a drink and enjoy the view! You'd never immediately give this restaurant the quality it deserves, but once you're there, you'll be extremely surprised by the truly high quality. The portions are also really generous, so both of us, who always enjoy good food and a lot, had more than enough. Add to that the almost ridiculous prices compared to a comparably similar restaurant in Zurich, and that's why, when we're in the area again, we'll definitely head to this restaurant and nothing else! This restaurant stands and falls with the quality and the service, which I definitely recommend, but not with the ambience of the restaurant itself, which is reminiscent of a train station waiting room, but with a space this big you definitely can't do anything else.
