Tropenhaus Wolhusen : Hiltenberg 4, 6110 Wolhusen

Wonderful place for plant lovers. I saw 3 big turtles that day while I was wandering. Also, I had dinner there. Every dish is creative and was decorated beautifully. The price is affordable. The ambience and the service is very nice and kind. Will definitely go back there for romantic dinner again

Probably because I come from a tropical place I don't find it exotic. I found the entry price a bit high to be honest. The garden was ok, it would be a good place for families with kids. There is also a shop where you can find products made from exotic ingredients. The staff was friendly. I would recommend tourists to visit this place if you happen to be around. It is not that different from home 😁

Delicious food at this popular restaurant. Great service with a smile from attentive staff. It was a shame that the place wasn't open until 16.00 on a Saturday . This meant that the place was very dark , to walk through. So my partner and I couldn't see much. The food itself was wonderful and the portions were just right. One more bugbear was that the nearest parking is about a 15 minute walk away. This was not welcome on a cold Winter evening.
