I gave 5 stars for both service and atmosphere, so let’s start with the positives: Servers were friendly, fast, and professional. The way they present food and cutlery is great. The atmosphere goes without saying. This place is more beautiful in person than in pictures. When you step in, soothing and luxurious scent welcomes you, coupled with perfect lighting and designed elements, this is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in Switzerland. Now, for food I gave only 2 stars, and honestly I was debating if I should only give one. However, given that we only tried the lunch menu, maybe we were just unlucky with our choices. Fish and chips: it’s difficult to mess up fried food, but here, the fish was not even crispy. They were saggy and the texture of the fish just felt very “artificial,” similar to one of those processed sea foods you can find in a grocery store. My coworkers got one of the pasta dishes. Extremely dry and, because of the different kinds of cheeses they used, it became very sticky and hard to swallow. The mushroom soup was delightful, though. Overall, I would come here for a few drinks, but for food, I really hope they can step up a bit to meet the beautiful space they offer.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection! Highly recommend this place for a great meal.

Every detail, from the lush greenery to the ambient music, transported us to a tropical paradise. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience!
