Lovely salad variations besides normal burger and "Fischchnusperli"

Absolutely stunning views, lovely play area for the little ones and great food! While we loved the food and the view, unfortunately the dining experience itself was ruined by one older, long serving female server in particular who was pretty much the only One who spoke English. We asked the young man for hot water to heat up our baby milk and he directed us to the coffee dispenser with nothing further. Upon seeing the cup on our table this specific lady sever walked up to me and very rudely said “THIS IS NOT FREE”. We did pay the CHF 2 for hot water to heat up the baby milk, despite not being told it was chargeable. On the contrary when querying with the lady she said the “boy server was new”. No apology, nothing!! I’ve travelled many countries and unfortunately have never ever been treated or spoken to in such a way. Not to mention the clear indifference shown. This lady was speaking very politely and with a smile to others around, who were Caucasian. Yes, sadly I’m not Caucasian and I can’t change that but I am still a customer. I’m sorry, this is 2024 and being located in such amazing tourist destination that draws thousands of visitors, this is the last thing I expected from your restaurant. I am appalled to be treated and talked to like I was going to thieve and walk away without paying even though it wasn’t my mistake and was a very simple request for my Baby!
