Living in Switzerland for many years now and this is literally our favourite place ever. In fact if there’s one place int he world where we are most relaxed then it’s here at Flora Alpina! Amazing staff and facilities plus the views and surroundings are fairy tale alike! Totally recommend this place!

The hotel was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived in Vitznau the experience was perfect. We arrived via boat in Vitznau and the hotel staff picked us up right as we arrived, so no waiting at all. As soon as we entered the hotel property you can see you’re at an amazing place that is well taken care of, we were happily greeted by the front desk manager so we felt welcomed right away. We arrived early so they gave us the option to store our bags and even shower before we headed out for a day trip. All the amenities were great and in good condition. The views could not have been better, it felt like we were at an ocean front hotel in the Mediterranean. The only bad thing was having to leave, the stay was definitely worth it and it surpassed our expectations. The front desk manager was again really friendly and dropped us off in Vitznau after checking out. I would give them more stars if possible. Another note, the restaurant food was also good. The views from the outdoor dinner/breakfast area were very romantic so it added to an already great experience. 10 minutes walk away there is a public Vitznau beach that it’s worth a visit when it’s not too crowded and warm out.
