A must-visit if you are in the area! Great views and a nice facility. I had booked appointments that got mixed up (partially my fault and partially theirs), they handled it nicely but I was disappointed. But still relaxed! And of course the location is unparalleled. Heads up, I was expecting shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, and then some sort of products in the locker room, like lotion, hair spray…. There was nothing except for hair dryers. So bring your own!

My favorite in Switzerland for this spring travel. We arrived at 7:30 pm, receptionist was so nice and friendly. The best service I got during those 10 days I stayed in Switzerland. Breakfast is so good. The server gave us fried eggs and shared the information about this place, the history, attraction nearby. Very kind and interesting person, he made our day perfect there. Hotel Spa is nice, you can see the best mountain view

Nice spa in a wonderful location. I was hoping for a bit more variety of pools and saunas to visit. They don't have as much as soap available in the showers so it's necessary to bring your own. This really cheapens this place and the whole experience, they try to advertise it as a luxury spa but the amenities are those of a basic public swimming pool. I had booked a Queen of the mountains day spa package so I also had a massage included. The massage was average, what was strange is that the masseur only used one small towel to cover me during the massage which is not what I'm used to. I was a bit cold and it was strange that they didn't put any towels on the massage bed to absorb the excess massage oil.
