Absolutely fantastic value for money. Very nice rooms including a Nespresso coffee machine, clean and comfortable. Top-notch service, a cool atmosphere, and great food. Awesome view, top location. We'll be back...

Avoid sitting at a newly vacated table in the sun at Alpina without first obtaining permission from the owner. He wanted to force us to a shady table. But because we wanted to sit in the sun, he refused to serve us. He said we had no decency and asked us to leave the restaurant. So much for Swiss hospitality. This restaurateur doesn't seem to need the money, the customer is no longer king. But there are and were others that day who appreciated the guest.

Great view, great food and generous portions. Friendly lady at the service. It was a stroke of luck for us because our hotel doesn't even offer a night on weekdays. We weren't prepared for this... Apparently a lot of guests come there from other hotels because this restaurant is one of the only ones that is almost always open.
