Potato Fine Food Restaurant : Bahnhofstrasse 10, 3920 Zermatt

I usually rate restaurants based on the food mostly but this time due a magement issue i am ranking service at 1 star We were a group of 11 but we had 3 couples sick and were not able to participate. I called same day few hours prior but i was advised ill be charged anyway. I explain the situation over the phone but the manager was very clear i will be charged so i has to bring 11 people. I brought all the kids from my friends so at least someone enjoy the food. Food was ok but not amazing for the price. For example, the pork belly skin was very thick and tough. The soup was cold. Flavors were all great. Decor of the food was great. Our waitresses were amazing actually. I feel management should have more flexibility. I said we will go 5 of us! She said she will charge the other 6 even they were sick. So just be aware of that.

Blown away. This chef is an artist. It is Michelin recommended but to be honest, deserves that star for sure. It’s a culinary experience, staff is extremely friendly, we were served by Alessandro who did an amazing job and the location is incredible, right in the heart of Zermatt.
