Would recommend only if you truly admire fantastic design! Hotel itself is amazing, rooms are spacious, views incredible. It can be noted that design was number one for the hotel when renovating. Also quality of food is great, spa area also amazing - can relax fully. BUT cleaning not perfect, our shower holder was broken, sink blocked, they left empty bottle of wine in our room and no excuse made. After all it was surprise that no air conditioning can be installed at the 1000 metres above sea level which is absolutely fine however might be taken into consideration if travelling during hot summer time. They will leave dyson for you but trust me it will not help a lot…. Apart from room in particular, service is questionable , some staff members are absolutely great and make your stay comfortable and pleasant, however some other make it horrible….. better not to talk at all than the opposite! The hotel is still expensive and there are a lot of mistakes. Again, it’s already expensive and feels dumb to ask for extra fee for “faster WiFi”. The basic is also good but it annoys a lot when speaking of dumb extra charges. I’m not in camping to pay for toilet paper right? Location is 10/10! Drive to nearest hike Furenalpen and enjoy walks at any difficulty level. Can also easily go to Lucern. Nearby are also few shops and restaurants so you can enjoy small village with lots of privileges.

Superb service, beautiful hotel, rooms and restaurants. Staff went above and beyond to make this a special stay. We enjoyed the spa on a rainy day. Very easy to get to from Lucerne and wish we had stayed a 4th night. Breakfast buffet …

Such a special town and the Kempinski Palace was perfect for our family trip!! Loved the spacious room, enjoyed the food and the great location. Visiting Mount Titlis was a great experience for young and old. Some of our family experienced para gliding in the Alps!!
