Restaurant Skihaus Edelweiss : Vordere Weissenboden 4, 6463 Bürglen

I had an unforgettable New Year's Eve here. In the afternoon, when everyone else was heading home from excursions and skiing, we took the gondola up and, in this idyllic setting and with our snowshoes, reached the Edelweiss ski house in about half an hour. We received a very friendly, natural, and open welcome. We moved into our 6-bed room. Good mattresses, plenty of space, pillows and blankets provided – great. There was an aperitif outside. In the cozy atmosphere inside, we then had what I thought would be fondue, but far from it. There was salad, ice cream, the delicious fondue, and a truly delicious dessert. Our wishes were also taken into account and fulfilled. Top-notch service from the staff 🙂🙂. The food was served outside at midnight. I could go on in detail... It was top-notch. The view, right next to the slopes, the peace and quiet in the morning, the sunrise, the extensive, hearty breakfast, the relaxed atmosphere. We left completely satisfied and would love to come back. We had an amazing stay of 2 nights: breakfast and dinner (fondue!) were great, compliments to Marcel and his team!

The best hosts, the most beautiful place of all the Alps, amazing view. We’ve found this place in summer but I believe that in winter it’s even better.
