Listed with a Bib Gourmand, we expected excellence, and we got it in spades. Frankly cheap for such an amazing dinner, with everyday Swiss dishes executed to perfection and with truly exceptional little touches. The smoked egg dish alone is worth going. All the little in-between courses were phenomenal little bites, too. To me, the kitchen is ready for their first star.
