I've been there 2 times, unfortunately. Unfriendly, pompous, and lippy service. The lady at the counter does't speak english at all, despite fact that they have menu partially in english (nuggets) she doesn't understand (or she pretend to) what you would like to order. I tried to order sausage with bread and seems that she doesn't understand german too.. And one more thing: don't even try to ask for ketchup (which apparently doesn't come with the price for "wurst und brot") because you can get scolded for not bending down and saying "please" for at least 3 times. Klausenpass is magical experience, but just don't let you ruin it by visiting this place. Highly not recommend.
