If you ever come to Einsiedeln, do try out this restaurant. I've tried the sea bass here, and it tasted superb.

The staff is very friendly and competent, but I was a bit bothered by the fact that they seemed a bit pushy. The food tastes okay and looks very tasty from the outside. However, the meat in the hamburger is very tender and tough. It was unpleasant to eat, and the fries were standard. However, the hash brown with a fried egg on top was delicious. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by the high price.
