What a lovely Italian experience we had! Great food. Amazing service. We were greeted by a very warm and smiling man, Senthil, who we noticed was making sure everyone at the restaurant was having a good time. Go for it when you’re in Gersau!

The owner is very terrible with service and extremely rude. They offer you cappuccino without milk and when you complain they throw you out. They don't smile and have a very cold hostile ambiance. Go there ONLY if you have no choice. Otherwise go to Al Porto as they offer excellent good and extremely good service.
