Guest Reviews & Experiences at Seehotel Schwert Restaurant
A terrible place with a beautiful view. After ordering a Cordon Bleu, the meat was served raw. The staff were politely informed of this. At that point, the music stopped, and the owner, presumably, joined in, shouting at the waitress and insulting us in Chinese (a live translator translated). The food was later taken away, reheated, and returned as is (see photo). Cutlery was thrown into the food. It all looked like it had been picked up from the floor. I will never return here and will avoid it altogether. It's painful to watch the owner shout and throw things in front of customers. We paid the full price for a poorly prepared meal.
