I accidentally booked the wrong day, so we arrived a day early, but they were very kind and arranged a room for us. The place exceeded expectations. It is very well done with its architecture, artwork, and stunning views. The rooms are clean comfortable and very secure. The observation deck is amazing with the views, seating, and gardens. They pull the shade sails out on sunny days to make it comfortable. The hotel offers a delicious buffet dinner and generous complimentary breakfast to guests. The only opportunity for improvement would be to have air conditioning for the rooms, maybe some have it, but ours did not. The windows open, but mosquitoes can get in. The other thing was that we made reservations for dinner, but when we arrived at 6:35, most of the main entrees were gone, and it was not replenished with more of what was on the menu for the night. People were going back for seconds when we hadn't even eaten. It felt very rude. We arrived 5 minutes after it opened. It was $25 + 19% tax. We made sure to get there before the doors opened for breakfast. Breakfast was great.

Inceptions place with strong energy. The blend of nature and brutal concrete architecture makes its even better!

What a special place! Came looking for some peace and tranquility, got it in abundance! The staff is super helpful, friendly yet professional. Kind of feels like a hidden gem which isn't yet overrun by tourists. Would love to come back. P.S. the scenery is even more beautiful than the picture can do it justice.
