Best ribs and tartar I had in my life!

The worst man to ever work in a public place with customer service. Clearly when you are in a very touristy place next to the train station and getting off from the mt. Pilatus tour, there are likely people who have never been to this place before and have no idea what you serve. The man was unbelievably rude as we entered looking around, not knowing what to find we just wanted something, he scoffed in our faces when we weren’t sure, then when we said we didn’t know what they have when he wanted an answer, he laughed and mocked us repeating what I said incredibly rudely while grabbing a menu, yea right, now I would never stay there and give them my business. We told him NOPE and started walking out and we said to not be so rude and be nicer, he laughed and happily said goodbye. If I lived here I would personally go out of my way to tell everyone to never come here. I hope people see this, you couldn’t pay me to give this man business. The worst service I have ever experienced. Unbelievable for such a place like Switzerland. Crazy thing is too, as we had to pass this place again while walking to the train, he then stuck his tongue out at us, a grown man, wow. If I could give this 0 stars instead of 1, I would.

We were a group of Hikers who scaled the Pilatus from its base and back. The location of the Bistro (next to the train station) was perfect for a refreshing drink after the hike and before we took our train back home :) The drinks were very refreshing, the service top class and the location / atmosphere perfect. SDure to visit again soon.
