I don't understand why many restaurants strive to create a cordon bleu that's as compact and thick as possible, with minimal surface area. For me, the balance between meat, filling, and breading is just not right. The meat and cheese tasted wonderful here, but there was simply too little filling, too little breading, and too thick a meat. The older pictures, especially the only photo of a cordon bleu so far, are unfortunately no longer accurate, as the owners changed hands in August 2024.

Had a homemade and fresh cordon bleu with fries for lunch today. You could even order fries for free. It was very tasty and the service was very friendly. There is a variety of parking spaces in front of the restaurant. Gladly again.

This is a must-visit! The Glarus restaurant on the historic Landesgemeinde Zaunplatz ! Under new management, everything is running smoothly and is great! We'll be back! Beautiful terrace with a large table for regulars and tables for dining.
