Clean, simple rooms. Awesome shower pressure. Wonderful, kind service. We celebrated a birthday with some of our friends during a stay and Ursula went out of her way to make that day special for us. The breakfast buffet is ample and tasty. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night and enjoyed it immensely. Patient wait staff (we speak little German!) and yummy food. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the food was very expensive and and they charged us for drinking tap water

Excellent stay here while walking Via Alpina. Lovely hotel in central location with nice breakfast including gluten free and lactose/dairy free options. I asked for a quiet room and was given a great room at back of hotel. Owners were most kind and very helpful.
