First Swiss meal covered by a Singapore tour package. It was so good 🥹 I’m touched esp after the disastrous meals provided in Italy Bowl of salad for appetiser, with a white tangy dressing . The veggies were fresh and crunchy 🥗 It was a nice bowl of salad with nice presentation – would love to have one every day 💚 They also gave a small basket of bread which was soft and fluffy, with crispy crust 🍞 Main was crispy beer battered fish with spinach and potatoes. The fish were hot and crispy, albeit a little oily. They went really well with the tartar sauce, which I made more tangy by squeezing the lemon wedge provided 😋 Spinach was cooked till really soft and tasted light and not too salty. Potatoes were not too heavy. The serving was so generous I couldn’t finish it 😅 Dessert was maybe a parfait but I didn’t care much for it bc I hate cream. Anyway, the restaurant gave good vibes and the staff were polite 🫶 Nice view of the lake outside ☀️

Very nice Terrace and ambience. The food is quite delicious, good portions. The staff is very nice and friendly, the service themselves are fast but I think the kitchen might be understaffed, so do consider some longer waiting times. With this beautiful sight though, might as well take your time. Nice wine selection by the glass and bottle.
