Hotel BS16 : Bernstrasse 16, 3054 Schüpfen

Love the unique design of my room. Late and convenient arrival. Already booked for next week!

Positives: The location was very convenient being located right next to the train station. Even when leaving the windows open, the trains never caused any sorts of issues with trying to sleep. My room was a decent size and exactly what was advertised. Negatives: I never saw a staff member once. Everything was done through the check-in kiosk or via phone/email, which if you don't have service, or are in one of the top floor rooms whose wi-fi strength is very poor, can cause you to run into some issues. If you book through a third-party site, that confirmation code will not work. You will need a code from the hotel, which they email to you the day before. Do not delete this email. Mix: The hotel itself was pretty quirky with lots of messages from "the carpenter". This was really cute at first, but combining it with the quiet emoji and putting prices everywhere for "upgrades" got old very fast. Overall: If you need a place to stay and don't mind spending 20chf for round-trip tickets to Bern, this is the place for you.

The location is very convinient since there is a train station right nest to it-SCÜPHFEN. And there is a variety of beverages in the cooler. 👍
