We received a gift voucher for 5 and had a wonderful time in the chariot. The staff is very friendly, we had a good laugh. The horses are strong!

Their policy is outrageous! We received a gift voucher for CHF 120.- for a fondue in one of the carts. When we wanted to make the reservation, we were surprised that we still had to pay CHF 230.- So 120 + 230 = CHF 350.-, the price of a cart with fondue and tea for a maximum of 6 people. It's up to us to find 4 other people to pay or to pay the difference ourselves. No information anywhere on their website about their policy and they did not want to take back the voucher. It's shameful and sad for our son who gave this "gift" to us.
