Restaurant des Terreaux Matias : Rue des Terreaux 14C, 1510 Moudon

I don't usually leave reviews, but this restaurant deserves 5 stars. I was recommended it by a friend, who spoke highly of the place, and what can I say? It exceeded all expectations! I started with oven-roasted goat, which was simply perfect, both in presentation and flavor. The Portuguese wine list is excellent, and I had the pleasure of tasting a Muralhas white wine from Adega de Monção e Melgaço, which paired wonderfully with the meal. The service was also a highlight. The owner, Pedro Matias, is an extremely friendly person, and the staff, Silve and Su, were very attentive and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. Besides the excellent food and service, the cleanliness of the establishment, including the bathrooms, was something that caught my attention. Everything was impeccable! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a pleasant experience at a good price. J’ai commencé avec un cabri rôti au four, qui était tout simplement parfait, tant dans la présentation que dans le goût. The carte of Portuguese wines is excellent, and now I can taste a vin blanc Muralhas de l’Adega de Monção et Melgaço, which is a parfaitement accompanied by my repast. Le service était également un point fort. I recently dined at Restaurant des Terreaux Matias in Moudon and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The service was quick and very pleasant, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The dishes were not only delicious but also served in generous quantities. As a bonus, I was even offered extra of what I wanted, all for only 20 CHF. An address to recommend without hesitation!

Lunch on the well-shaded terrace, we enjoyed magnificent plates of salad, country salad and smoked salmon with shrimp followed by a good ice cream. Served by pleasant and smiling staff. We had a pleasant time.
