A lovely discovery thanks to a good QOQA, warm and professional welcome, terrace with a view of the Fribourg countryside and the Dents du Midi. Magnificent discovery menu. Excellent price/quality.

Excellent restaurant. We chose to taste their hunting menu. Good cooking skills, choice of quality products. Variety and surprise. The service is attentive and professional. The only downside is the rather remote location. In any case to be recommended for a note of authenticity.

For my birthday, I was very fortunate to be invited to Rue Town Hall. The welcome, service, and meal were prepared with passion—a wonderful first-time experience. Everything was truly delicious and refined, with beautifully presented dishes. The service is impeccable, with very welcoming yet discreet staff. The wine list is extensive, with an excellent selection at reasonable prices. We even received a friendly visit from the chef at the end of the meal, which was truly perfect from start to finish. A wonderful culinary memory for my birthday, a great place that I can highly recommend. I give Rue Town Hall 6 stars.
