Came to grab a quick lunch. Ordered a tartar with some fries. Verdict: Tartare - texture 4.5/5 a little too finely cut for my taste, but in terms of taste 5/5!!! Bread and butter: all locally sourced and very good! The fries: 10/5!! These were the best French fries I had in my life!!! Crispy, with just the right amount salt and seasoning.. to die for!! Took a local brand of Cola: very good, honestly loved it more than original! The ambiance is very welcoming and calm!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional culinary experience! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. You can tell everything is homemade with fresh, quality ingredients. A must-visit destination that I recommend without hesitation. I can't wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience in this restaurant during my vacation in the Swiss-French part. Their tartare is superb even the cocktails and desserts. Totally recommended to go and eat there if ever in Lausanne+ Thank you so much for the hospitality and kindness.
