The heating isn't working. It's so frustrating to just say that there is no one there. It's the worst. What should they do if my children catch a cold? There was no information about the minibar and Wi-Fi. I think there should be a notice that you have to pay for the minibar.

Great hotel with big rooms and a very tasty and local kitchen. We had a great stay and enjoyed having dinner at their restaurant in the outside area. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location is great as you can visit the little town of Itzlingen by food.

We found the hotel - very - good value for money, the room was clean and comfortable, with occitane bathroom products and fresh breakfast. I had seen reviews about dirty rooms, in my opinion they're ridiculous. The restaurant was delicious with a good wine selection and easy service.
