Last week before the holidays and as tradition, it is time to reserve a table at “Dans la Forêt Lointaine”. Several menus are available to choose from and are well oriented according to everyone's preferences. There are formulas that allow you to have a starter, main course and dessert or you can combine them. The choice is limited, which has the advantage of guaranteeing cooking and preparation specifically adapted to the chosen products. This time, it was the menu that smelled of end-of-year celebrations that was chosen. Scallops, pan-fried foie gras and several small desserts. Absolutely no complaints, all 3 were perfectly delicious. The value for money is simply excellent. Congratulations to all the teams as well as the CFPS, it’s a very good job!
