Horrible stay amd horrendous treatment from Daniel the hotel owner. We booked a family studio which was advertised on booking.com that its equipped with a private kitchen and a washing machine, this was what we needed as we were travelling with children through Switzerland and need those pitstops to wash our clothes and keep our food refrigerated. We arrived Sunday night to a room which was converted from a game room in the basement there was no fridge, no kitchen nothing at all but beds and a pool table. We tried to call the number on our booking for anyone to help us but no one answered. After about an hour of trying we gave up and went to bed. We couldn't wash our clothes and in the 32 degree heat the food we had got ruined. Next morning we met Daniel the owner and I explained to him the problem and he couldn't care less! He said there is a fridge upstairs in the communal area that i could use! Not only wad this fridge full, but also we paid for a family studio but he simple didn't care! Extremely rude and didn't even apologise! I raised a complaint with booking.com and he is refusing to respond to them, so i had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card Be careful when you book and prepare yourself for stay where there is no one on property to assist you should there be any problems, and a very rude owner who simply doesn't care about any issues you have.

Everything was perfect. The owner and all the people who work at this property are incredibly helpful. I really felt at home. The rooms are super clean and really modern. Every room has all the comforts you can imagine. I came from Italy and I discovered this place by chance but I will definitely return now that I know the property.

A young company that presents itself in a very friendly manner. Me and my son felt very comfortable here. Everyone is open to questions here and also gives good tips. If there were 10 stars then they would have ended up at 11 stars. If I ever come to price-intensive Switzerland again. This is definitely my hostel. Thanks for everything and good luck.
