The manager comes to the table to take the order, without saying hello. The Francesinha was very good, the fries were overcooked. However, I pointed out that half of my dish was burnt, overcooked. One piece of octopus was okay, the other was stone, and the beans were the same. They took my plate away, I'd tell the kitchen. No apologies, then we waited over 20 minutes for ice cream, I forgot. No goodwill gesture. After insisting, I asked for free coffee, which was the least I could do! Professionalism needs to be reviewed.
