The best restaurant I’ve been to in Switzerland. A delicious offering of truly only local ingredients . I loved that it is not pretentious and it keeps it simple in a kind of Ottolenghi style. The staff is amazing, they explained everything and their passion is contagious. The place is very well decorated and spacious and they have a garden in the back with seats for summer. Their menu changes with every season and they sell sourdough bread. I would definitely go back again many times!

Went yesterday for a 6 courses diner with wine pairing! Everything was just perfect from the local food to the friendly staff! The home made products and their combination were just stunning! Will definitely come back and recommend it!
