We were at the Biberenbad yesterday, July 4, 2025 , and at 6:30 p.m. we were only the third table with guests. The waitress was friendly and served us immediately and brought us drinks and menus. With four adults and three hungry little children, we were hoping for a quick, delicious pizza from the wood-fired oven outside. The pizzaiolo didn't seem to be there at first, then he came by twice to check the fire, but then went back to the kitchen. A topped pizza had been sitting outside for a while, but only to the delight of the flies. Our children then wanted to go to the playground, but it was completely run down. Everything was broken, and there was a lot of trash lying around. Ladders were broken, and screws were sticking out... simply desolate and, above all, dangerous!!! After an hour, we still couldn't order our food! The terrace was already quite full, and other guests seemed to have had a similar experience. We've known the Biberenbad since childhood... but now it seems to be going downhill. Poor planning and, above all, disorganization. There was also an upturned parasol on the roof , plastic sheets carelessly tucked away in the corner of the terrace, etc. We ended up leaving the restaurant without eating. We wanted to pay for the drinks, but were kindly offered them.
