Auberge de Rivaz : Rte de Sallaz 6, 1071 Rivaz

We had a quick lunch in this sympathetic eatery the first real spring-summer day of 2025. These days it's difficult to find restaurants that have inner organs on their menu but this is an exception. I had a perfectly executed calf's liver accompanied by a local red of good quality. The interior dining area is beautifully decorated and like the vast terrace, it offers a beautiful view of the alps across nearby Lake Geneva. The owner's white little dog is adorable. Recommended!

We spent our wedding weekend in this lovely hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake from the rooms. Everything was perfect since the moment we arrived. We were well welcomed by the hotel managers. The internal design is elegant and with a good taste. The breakfast is tasty and abundant. The dinner was so delicious that we decided to have our wedding reception for 15 people in their charming restaurant. The staff arranged a dedicated beautiful table in an exclusive room only for us. The service was impeccable, especially our waiter Guled was excellent and attentive to all our guests. We couldn’t hope for a better experience.
