After doing some hiking this is a great spot to rest and enjoy the view. Afterwards you can decide what to do. Are you going up! Or are you going down! If you decide to go up. Its not that far to the 'top'. With beautiful views of everything around you. On a clear day you can see the next canyons with great ease. Don't forget to take some pictures when you are up there! It well worth the muscle strain the next day.
Ok food, especially after a hike on the mountain. Fantastic view from the terrace. Only one server for the entire area so service was somewhat slow.
Slow serving, dull food, bad service, but great view! A true tourist trap We, a family of seven, had lunch there. It started out with a waiter who tried to memorize all of our orders. 15 minutes later another waiter came, and did the orders electronically. They just had the restaurant full before our arrival, and we were the first of the new guests there. After 45 mins. we asked a waiter about our food, he said he would check, but he never came back tho we had eye contact with him several times and he passed our table a couple of times. After 1 hour we asked the waiter, who did our orders electronically, about our food. He answered with it takes time, because everything is fresh made, we complained and he said coffee would be on the house. At this point we asked for cancellation of our order, but he said the food were already underway. The food did come 10 mins. later. There was nothing fresh about the food, yes the salad was freshly chopped and cut, but else we had a tomato soup (which at best was made earlier that day), ravioli from the supermarket, a couple pasta with minced meat sauce, which neither was fresh made (which would be stupid to make fresh anyways) and a couple of local special rolls which might gave been fresh made. The taste of the food was dull and far from a restaurant standard. Service was slick and dishonest, and not serviceminded in any way. We said no thanks to the coffee and left as soon as the children had their food.
