Great place to have a breakfast! Really tasty & good food and super friendly staff :)

I was craving for some Turkish breakfast. You can breakfast until 4pm. No reservations are accepted, but we didn’t wait long to sit. I and my friend we liked what we ordered (kuymak and grilled vegetables +simit and çay). It was delicious. The service people were very friendly. The plates were pretty, and the food is served aestheticly. Service is a bit slow. We ordered around 11:45 and the food came by 12:20. As it is a popular place, expect around half an hour of waiting. Tea came 10 minutes earlier and got cold until we got our breakfast - maybe this can be asked to the customer if they want it together with breakfast, which will be the case for most customers There are two main points to improve imho 1. Service people hurry so much to take the plates in front of you, even if you didn’t finish eating yet. I really don’t like this behaviour - they came at least three times to take different plates and this is just annoying, why do you hurry despite there were a few empty tables (we are not blocking other people to come to the restaurant) and we just try to enjoy our breakfast? Don’t you think it’ll be nicer to let us finish and you can take the plates when we leave or at one time rather than coming multiple times and cutting our discussion? 2. I know it’s Switzerland and it is “normal” that food is pricey but 35 francs per person for serpme breakfast is just too much. At least offer some attractive options like “45-50 francs when you are two” or so. We would have liked to share a serpme breakfast with my friend but this was not an option and it is obvious we can’t finish a full one per person. Neither would like to pay 70 francs for a breakfast for two, this is not a Michelin star restaurant even if it is a very good one. Can’t you please make the prices a bit more accessible? Especially more sharing friendly In the end, thanks a lot for the staff, for the cook for their kindness and I hope to come back and find sharing the serpme breakfast option in the future! 😊

Really good breakfast, we took the formula with all the siders and a personal dish choice, everything was really good, we will come back!
